Not so long ago we were pleasantly surprised by the release of a new farming simulator – Sun Haven. It is a critically acclaimed Stardew Valley heavily inspired pixel art title. One of the strongest enemies you will encounter is the Slime King. However, this fight has become particularly interesting with the latest patch of the game, as there is a bug related to it.

Slime King, who is the boss in question here, may fail after a completed fight. When their health bar reaches zero, instead of allowing a player to move to the next area, his slime minions die and the AI Slime King freezes. It is possible to interact with the defeated boss, but we only see a message: “I have nothing to say!” and ability to close the dialog window. This bug prevents some players from accessing the trial dungeon that the boss protects.
Unfortunately, from now on, there is no fix or workaround for this error. If Slime King misses, running back to him will trigger the whole fight again. The only thing that can be done is to report the bug to the developers so that they can fix this behavior.

Slime King Fighting Tips
Slime King is quite simple, fixed boss, guarding the path to the Trial Dungeon. It only has an attack that launches slime balls in a player’s direction and the ability to spawn Slime Soldier enemies.
Slimeballs are fired in the general direction of the player so that it is advisable to be on one side of the arena and avoid them by moving in an arc to the other side of the area. After the attack is over, the boss remains. open for shock for about 7 secondswhich should be enough to safely deal damage to the Slime King.
After lowering the boss’s health bar a bit, he spawn a number of Slime Soldiers to focus on first, before attacking the Slime King again. There are different health thresholds throughout the fight where the boss will spawn a higher number of Slime Troopers at all times. Be careful when dealing with minions like the Slime King.
