This March marks the 6th anniversary of Hustle Castle, the popular mobile title from MY.GAMES, a medieval strategy simulation with RPG elements. Despite being released six years ago, Hustle Castle remains in fourth position in the MY.GAMES catalog in terms of revenue. The game reached 80 million downloads and generated a total revenue of $367 million.
Hustle Castle already has over 750 different weapons, 400 characters, over 70 sets with different customizations for your castle and 1000 unique music themes and sounds. Since its launch, players have created over 1.5 million clans. The games’ most loyal players have been playing it for more than 2,100 days, which is almost every day since its release.
“The Hustle Castle team have reinvented the Team Battle genre, offering a twist of humor and incorporating RPG elements. This innovation has been a key factor in the long-term success of this title, making it one of of the main ones in our catalog”, confirmed Vladimir Nikolsky, CEO of MY.GAMES.
The team releases a new fully updated version of the game every year, improving it with new features. In 2021, the main feature introduced was Talents, a logical extension of the development which saw the improvement of the inhabitants of the castle, which in turn offer many extras to the player. In 2022, the team introduced the Titans Update, which allowed players to summon powerful Titans to aid them in battle. Titans also included new events, gear, and features, such as the ability to craft and enchant runes for weapons and armor.
In March, the Studio Nord team will be introducing a new in-game PvP activity, Colosseum, which will offer a special Titan Arena where players can compete for higher ratings and gather resources that can be used to upgrade Titans and the inhabitants of the castle. The Studio Nord team is also working on a new feature for Hustle Castle’s big 2023 update, which will be released later this year.
