Once you enter Chapter 4 of Like a Dragon: Ishin, you can start a trio of side stories featuring Yae Tatsu in the Rakugai area of Kyo. It is a selection of three called “The Spitfire Town Protector”, “The Spitfire Debt Collector” and “The Spitfire Lie Detector”. All three are fairly easy to complete, as long as you start “The Spitfire Town Protector”, and are a good way to earn 9 Ryo.
How to start Side Story #69: “The Spitfire Town Protector” in Like a Dragon: Ishin
This first stage of the three sub-floors in Like a Dragon: Ishin it’s the only one that doesn’t start at Rakugai’s blacksmith. You’ll want to be near the chicken coops and bars in Umekojicho. There, you will meet seedy debt collectors harassing one of Yae’s clients. After engaging in combat alongside her, she will reward Ryoma with 3 Ryo and 300 Virtue. This will also open the possibility of participating in your second mission.
How to start Side Story #67: “The Spitfire Debt Collector” in Like a Dragon: Ishin
After completing the previous side story, you will find Yae outside the blacksmith in Like a dragon: Ishin. She will explain that her clients are still under attack. Agree to help her and you will go with her to help another client and beat some bad guys. Again you will get 3 Ryo and 300 Virtue. Once done, you can jump into the third part of this side story.
How to Start Side Story #68: “The Spitfire Lie Detector” in Like a Dragon: Ishin
Yae still needs help with a client. Like the previous two quests, this can also be done in Chapter 4. Go to her, engage in combat, and you’ll end up with 3 more Ryo and 350 Virtue.
