How to Make a Skull Lamp in Sons of the Forest
Although Sons of the Forest doesn’t give you instructions on what to do, it still gives you a crafting book full of recipes. With it, you can create walls, doors, fish traps, etc. The book also contains the recipe for a skull lamp, but players may get confused about this. In the book, it looks like you have to combine a Skull, Club, and Cloth in your inventory to do this. However, this is not the case.

To craft a skull lamp in Sons of the Forest, you must first stick a stick in the ground. This can be done by equipping the staff, looking directly at the ground, right-clicking to bring up a small white dotted circle, then left-clicking to place it. Next, you need to open your inventory, equip a piece of cloth, and place it on the staff. For the final step, you need to reopen your inventory and equip the skull. You can place it on the stick by hovering over it. The skull lamp will ignite automatically; you don’t need to use a lighter.

If you want to move the Skull Lamp to another location, you need to hit it with a melee weapon. This will break the lamp and you can pick up the skull from the ground. However, you can only pick up the skull and glue it, as the fabric will be destroyed in the process.
