The Noblesse Oblige Artifact Set can be farmed in the clear pool and mountain cave Estate located north of Mount Aoaang in Liyue. This mastery is available in three difficulties and ranks at the required Adventure Rank of 35/40/45. This means that the recommended party levels for your characters would be 69/80/90.

This realm has the same Ley Line Disorder at all three difficulty levels: Geo DMG distributed by all party members increased by 75%. This means bringing in Geo users as your primary DPS is the easiest way to beat this Dominion consistently.
In the realm, you’ll find a few types of Abyssal Wizards, so plan your party accordingly. The Wizards you will encounter are Cryo and Pyro, although in the third challenge they will also be joined by a Hydro Wizard.
What is the Noblesse Oblige Artifact Set?
The Noblesse Oblige artifact set consists of five items and has separate 2 and 4 piece bonuses. It can be grown as a 4 and 5 star set. The components that make up the set are:

- Feather of Death (Royal Feather)
- Sables d’Eon (royal pocket watch)
- Caliz de Eonotem (royal silver urn)
- Ring of Logos (Real Mask)
The bonuses for carrying multiple pieces of the set are as follows:
- 2-piece bonus: +20% elemental explosion damage.
- 4-piece bonus: Using an Elemental Blast increases the ATK of all party members by 20% for 12 sec. This effect cannot stack.
