In order to get the death stage in Blox Fruits, you will have to meet certain requirements and go through several stages. First, you must have a Dark Step Mastery of at least 400, which can be obtained by using the Dark Step fighting style.
Once you’ve met the mastery requirement, you must obtain a Library Key, which can be acquired by defeating the Awakened Frost Admiral with a 10% drop chance. Alternatively, you can buy it from other players in the in-game trading system.
Once you have the library key, use it on the door to the right of the Ice Castle lobby entrance and unlock it. You can also enter the gate using Flash’s lock and step method, but you won’t be able to purchase Death Step.
After entering the Ice Castle, talk to Reformed Phoeyu and buy the Death Pass from her if you have met the mastery requirement. You will need to pay 5,000 Shards and 2,500,000 Beli. It is important to note that you can find Phoeyu in The Castle of the Third Sea.
