How to Capture a Predasite Medjay
To capture a Medjay Predasite, you need a tranquilizer gun. You can buy it from Son in the Necralisk if you haven’t traveled already. The tranquilizer rifle costs 500 on foot. You will then have to buy a Predasite Echo Decoy from the same seller for 1,000 standing. Finally get some Predasite pheromone gland, single-use items that cost you 150 Standing a pop. That last item increases the rarity of the Predasite you’re tracking, which is well worth it.
With all of these items in hand, travel to Cambion Drift and equip your Tranq Rifle. Switch to your Predasite Echo decoy, as this will ensure that the only things you are tracking on the map are the creatures you are looking for. Head to the nearest one and interact with the animal droppings. This should create a trail to follow, but avoid stepping on the poop as it is toxic.
Once you reach the Predasite Nest, go outside and use the Predasite Pheromone Gland before using the Echo Lure. When using the Echo Lure, quickly switch to the Tranq Rifle and hit the animal with two shots when it spawns.
