He Harry Potter the books say the bedroom is hidden under the castle and the entrance is in the girls’ bathroom on the second floor; however, it may work a little differently. Instead, he’ll use the flame on the floor of the lower grand staircase to get to it quickly so he doesn’t have to walk all that way.

Can you enter the Chamber of Secrets at Hogwarts Legacy?
Unfortunately, you still cannot enter the Chamber of Secrets. However, you can use the Revile enchantment next to the sink to examine the entrance to the area. A snake will be engraved on one of the griffins, which refers to the Harry Potter books. Only a “true heir” of Slytherin can open the Chamber of Secrets; to do this, they must speak in a specific serpent language, which refers to with a couple.
