If something is wrong with the servers, you have to sit back and wait for the developers to fix it. But if the PSN servers are up and running then feel free to follow the methods mentioned below.

Restart your router

restart console

In some cases, the error may be caused by a bug. While major bugs don’t go away so easily, minor bugs can be fixed with a simple reboot. But if a restart doesn’t fix the problem, try restarting the console. To do this, turn it off, unplug the power cord, wait a minute, then plug it back in.

Use a wired connection

A wired connection is always better than a wireless connection. While Wi-Fi keeps your overall setup clean, a wired connection is more stable and has fewer issues. So, if you are constantly getting the error, we suggest using an Ethernet cable to connect your device to the internet.
