Where to find the winter jacket in Sons of the Forest
Luckily, unlike items like the Shovel and Upkeep Map that require you to enter caves and bunkers, the Winter Jacket isn’t hard to find. Also, you don’t have to worry about fighting mutants, but cannibals can pose a threat.
To get the Winter Jacket, you need to head to the southwest part of the map. You can see the exact location in the image below. When you reach the location, you need to search for a camp near a lake. There will be two red tents in this camp and you can find the winter jacket in one of them. Also, be sure to pick up everything around you. But remember, there is a cannibal camp nearby, and cannibals visit this lake to drink water. If they see you, they will try to attack you. We recommend having the Katana or Pistol in your inventory, as these weapons can help you kill them easily.

Now, to use the winter jacket, you need to open your inventory, which can be done by pressing the “I” key. Then you need to look on the right side of your inventory, where you will find the winter jacket on the back. You can wear it if you are outside in the cold and it will keep your character warm.
