You’ll begin the story of Atomic Heart in a sunny city populated by civilians before delving into the depths of an underground laboratory. Throughout your journey, you will need to open various locks, but some will not be able to. This guide explains where to find the Station Master Combination Lock Code so you don’t get stuck too soon.

The stationmaster’s lock code is near the lock. First, interact with the nearby corpse that you can talk to. Use your scanner to find it if you can’t see it right away, it should appear white on the ground. This will be one of your first chances to talk to the dead, so pay attention to how this mechanic works. Ask him for his schematic and he’ll start freaking out about how the stationmaster had it before he died. The station master wasn’t as fast as this soldier, so he died further down the transport tunnel.

Use Shok on the magnets above the large door nearby to open it. You must now cross the pedestrian section of this transport tunnel to the left. After a while, you’ll come across another body screaming that it’s dead. He’s the station master, and his lock code is on a piece of paper nearby. See below for an image of this document and the code.

Now that you know the code, go back to the lock. Interact with it and look at the three buttons in the top left. There are three in a diagonal line. You need to press the middle button, then the one diagonally below at the bottom right. Then press the button at the top right of it. Finally, backtrack to form three sides of a square with the button up and to the left of the last one you pressed. Once you have pressed the last button, you should unlock the door.

Once through this door, you can continue with the main quest to find Viktor. It lets you activate the transport system and jump into a pod so you can go further into the lab. You won’t be able to get back to this point once you’re in the transport, so explore and gather as many resources as you can to avoid missing upgrades and new abilities later.
