You’ll be looking for various locked doors and caches scattered across the DMZ maps in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, and the Search Center is one of them. There is a particular locked door preventing you from entering it, and you will need to find a key if you want to enter. However, getting the key is easier than finding this place. Where to find the Research Center room in the DMZ
The exact location of the research center is north of the town hall. You can find it on the west side of the map, north of the Beach Club. It will be the first building on the right across the bridge. It doesn’t have an exact name on the map, but when you enter through the front door there will be a sign identifying it as the research center.

There is a chance that this place will become a fortress. If so, you’ll need a Stronghold Map Key to access it. It’s not always a fortress, so it shouldn’t be a requirement every time you play.
When you enter the building, head to the second floor and there will be a door on the right side leading to the front room. This is where you can use the research center door key and access the items in the room. You can loot and use various things during your DMZ match, or you can visit the nearest Exfil location and complete the mission.
