You can find the smuggling tunnels while exploring the Al Mazrah map. You should make sure to visit this location while working on this active quest. You will miss out if you don’t. Al Mazrah is a sprawling map though, and narrowing down this location can be tricky, especially since it won’t be labeled on your top map. You can find these tunnels in the northern part of the map.

This location is most likely a fortress and you will need a fortress key to access it. You can go all out to buy one at a Buy Station, or you can earn one while taking out a high-value target on the Al Mazrah map. As you can imagine, this fortress will be protected by several NPCs and there will be plenty of opposition to take you down.

After accessing this location, the next step in finding Contraband Tunnels is to place a Tactical Camera in front of both entrances. You will then need to extract yourself from the location to complete this quest.
