The IFAK is an item you can find when playing the DMZ playlist in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. It’s a specific item that you won’t be able to find when visiting a Buy Station, and it’s not something that NPCs typically drop after defeating them. You’ll have to search specific locations to find it; Finding it may take some time. Here’s what you need to know about how to find an IFAK while playing DMZ in Call of Duty: WArzone 2.0.
Where to find an IFAK in DMZ
When searching for an IFAK, it is important to note that you can only acquire this item by exploring the Al-Mazrah map. It does not appear on Ashika Island. They both have unique items, so when looking for an IFAK, queue up for the Al-Mazrah match, and you can find one and mine it.

When looking for an IFAK, there are several places you can find it. You’ll want to look for wall-mounted first aid kits at gas stations, homes, or office buildings you explore. A handful of hospitals also have these medical stations that you can research, but they are harder to locate. Med Stations have a chance of spawning an IFAK, or you can find an IFAK inside a Med Tent, in a cabinet. Broken down ambulances also contain these medical containers.
Once you have the IFAK, keep it in your inventory and extract the quest. If you fall and are knocked out of the game with the item in your inventory, it will not count towards the Health Conscious quest and you will need to track it down. It may take a few tries.
