Major updates to Apex Legends have been known to not only deliver weapons and maps, but also dramatic adjustments to how certain legends are used. Bloodhound has been one of those same characters, as their passive ability now allows them to interact with magical white crows around maps to locate enemies. However, this special power will only be available in a specific instance. Here’s how to find White Crows with Bloodhound’s Tracker Passive in Apex Legends.

How to Use Bloodhound White Crow Passive Ability in Apex Legends

In addition to revealing tracks, the Tracker ability allows Bloodhound to see white crows when no enemies are nearby. Once a crow has been found, you can press its respective reload button to have the bird direct you to an enemy’s location. That being said, you won’t need to search for these crows to see the benefits of the Passive. Instead, they spawn periodically when Bloodhound is out of harm’s way, and a gold marker will show you when and where they land on the map.

As shown below, interacting with a White Crow will send it flying towards an enemy. You can also see your flight path represented by arrows on the mini-map in the upper left corner of the screen. Your team can then track the bird to the enemy’s current position, but hope to have at least one other ability charged before doing so. This is because finding White Crows fully charges Bloodhound’s Tactical Ability and restores 25% of his ultimate.

There’s no doubt that Bloodhound has a host of unique abilities, but they even have an added bonus of being in the Recon class. This group of legends can access survey beacons on all Battle Royale maps to scan and track enemies. The tracking method stays in effect for 30 seconds, and legends using it can see where opponents are going by opening the map from the pause menu.
