During your journey through Hogwarts Legacy, you will encounter all kinds of obstacles. They’re often magical in nature, but one of the most annoying things you’ll encounter when trying to learn The Unforgivable Curses is something that plagues anyone trying to enter a sealed place: barricades. Fortunately, finding a way through these barricades isn’t too difficult if you know where to look, so let’s see how to get rid of barricades in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to complete the In the Shadow of Time quest in Hogwarts Legacy
To solve the barricade puzzle, you will need to find three skeletons to remove it. You will come across these skeletons scattered around the room. In fact, you can even use the Revelio spell to locate them faster. Once you see them you will have to use Wingardium Leviosa to move them to the door. Here are the three locations:
- Next to Sebastian at the altar
- Just behind the altar, in the bedroom
- In the main hall, near the tomb.
You will need to open doors in the adjacent space to access the necessary bone piles. Each door will have a different sign, and you must match them to open the doors. Remember that not all doors have bones and some doors hide opponents that you must kill before you can continue. Once you stack the skeletons in the center of the door, a movie will play where the three sets of bones form an arc. Now you can pass that damned barricade. If you’ve stacked all three stacks of bones and nothing happens, you’ve got a problem. Simply pick them up with Wingardium Leviosa once more and place them near the door.
