If you are one of them, this guide will show you how to turn off the narrator in Minecraft so that you can enjoy the game with peace of mind.

How to Disable Minecraft Narrator

Cutting the narrator in Minecraft is a fairly simple and straightforward process. The whole process will take you less than a minute because you can disable it directly from the settings. It is important to note that the method is the same for all platforms.

  1. Start Minecraft and wait for the game to load.
  2. Click “Settings”, which is under the “Play” option.
  3. Click on “Accessibility” located at the top left.
  4. To disable Narrator, click the toggle button for “Enable UI screen reader”. This can be found on the right side of the screen. Make sure the toggle bar is moved to the left, as Narrator will stay on if it’s on the right.
