The treacherous Sinking Ruins are where the mighty Behemoth reigns supreme. But don’t let this towering boss intimidate you – with some clever tactics and a bit of courage, victory could be yours.
Like all other bosses in Octopath Traveler, conquering Behemoth is all about exploiting its weak spots. This intimidating enemy may have 8 shields, but don’t let that put you off because with the right strategy, you can take them down like a pro. Instead, watch out for Behemoth’s unique vulnerabilities and attack when the time is right.
Beware of the Behemoth’s bag of tricks – its ability to turn you and your comrades into stone is a real buzz. So brew a bunch of Herb of Grace potions to stone your friends, or strap on a divine necklace to remove the affliction altogether. And when it’s time to deal damage, remember that the Behemoth is weak against polearms, axes, bows, and ice.
For a smooth battle, we recommend creating a party with balanced roles like Ochette, Hikari, Agnea, and Partitio. Use Ochette’s bow and ax to pierce the Behemoth’s shield and rely on Hikari’s Bland Blade, and MAX when possible, to unleash massive damage and take down this beast quickly.
