With the “Stage Actors” octopathic traveler 2 side story, this might look like a situation where you bring the NPC to the stage manager. After all, the NPC Tropu’hopu mentions people who show passion in battle. But in reality, you just have to fight this character.
Head north of the main Tropu’hopu space to reach the Floating Theater area. The stage manager is to the right of the stage itself. He is a very strong opponent, with ratings of 7/10, so try to be at least level 40.
Now when I fought the Registrar, I used Ochette. So I can’t talk about all the weaknesses, since Provoke limits you to using monsters. However, this opponent is susceptible to sword, dagger, and wind attacks.

With my Ochette, she ended up being a “mysterious young girl” trying to find her parents who encountered a new threat to their well-being. Akala even considered acting.
