The Final Strand is an Exotic quest you can find while playing Destiny 2. It appears after completing the Lightfall campaign and is only available after purchasing all Strand shards from the Pouka Pool in the Hall of Heroes. . The reward for this exotic quest is the Final Warning, an exotic weapon. It’s a seven-step quest, with a lot to do. Here’s what you need to know to complete The Final Strand in Destiny 2.
All stages of The Final Strand mission in Destiny 2
You can only start working on this quest after purchasing the last shard from Strand. After that, revisit Pouka Pool and take this quest. It shouldn’t take you long to find it and start working on it.

Step 1
After unlocking the quest, head to Nimbus at the front of the Hall of Heroes. Talk to them to start your first real objective in the game.
2nd step
After speaking with Nimbus, they will inform you to head to Veil Containment and search for Strand Inoculated Devices there. You can access this area through the Zephry lobby and the Esi terminal. When you get there, turn left and jump up the ramp while following the path ahead of you, and there will be a portal leading you to the Veil Containment Area.

Step 3
When you reach this area, several cabals will spawn. Turns out the Shadow Legion is following orders and you’ll have to fight them to find out what they were up to. You’ll need to fight a handful of Cabal waves before fighting the area’s mini-boss. After defeating them, they will abandon the orders of the Legions of Shadow and you will learn your next destination: the Imperator Typhoon, where you can find the Veil Spectrometer.

Progressing to the Typhoon Imperator should be relatively straightforward, with a waypoint marker indicating the paths you need to take. When you reach the large hall, the waypoint indicator will highlight a specific objective in the middle of the large path and you will have the item you need to find. The target will be a Tormentor, so expect a fight when you reach this location.

Step 5
After defeating the Tormentor, you will receive the Velo Spectrometer blueprint and can return to Pouka’s Pond to examine it in the Hall of Heroes.
Step 6
The last step is to complete the Osiris training program in 5 minutes and 30 seconds. It will be Headlong: Time Trial, and you can find it on the map to return the weapon.

Step 7
The final step is to return to Pouka’s Pond in the Hall of Heroes and collect your weapon. You will unlock the Final Warning exotic hand weapon by completing this quest.
