Atomic Heart is full of different puzzles that you will need to solve to progress through the game, but you will only find one important one once you reach the Into the Fire mission. This quest will require you to enter the Hot Workshop to acquire the Heat Resistant Polymer Container. Things will take a lot of work though, as you’ll need to cool down a boiler first. To save you time and trouble, we’ll tell you how you can do it quickly and complete the Into the Fire puzzle.
How to Cool the Cauldron in Atomic Heart
As soon as you enter the boiler room, you will have to take a blue candle from the many available and take it to a room full of many robots.
There you need to place the candle inside a vent, which is on the left side from where you enter the room. Once done, exit, turn right and look up to see the candle inside the clear tubes.
Now there are a total of three cauldrons inside this room. The path to each caldera is different. First, look around and see which tube leads to which boiler. With this done, interact with the candle, move it around the tube and drop it into the first cauldron. Then, go back, take another candle, put it inside the vent and guide it to the second boiler. Do this one more time for the third cauldron.
It will take you a while to place the candles inside all three cauldrons, but you won’t have any trouble finding your way to each one, as it’s pretty straightforward after you’ve had a look. . Remember that various bots will keep spawning as you start dropping the candles inside the cauldrons, so make sure you don’t let your guard down at any time.
