We learned the Farm DLC release date for House Flipper. The expansion is coming to PC next month. Additionally, the developers released new free content today.

Frozen District has announced the Farm DLC release date for House Flipper. PC players will be able to build their own farm on April 13, 2023. On this occasion a trailer was published, available below.

House Flipper: Farm DLC in detail

House Flipper: Farm will feature many mechanics. With this DLC we can manage our own farm. There will also be new opportunities for the renovation of buildings. Among the most important new features will be:

  1. Raise animals like chickens, cows and sheep. Our tasks will be to provide them with shelter, for which we will build structures such as a chicken coop;
  2. growing crops. The process will be presented quite simply: after planting a particular species, you will have to wait for a period of growth, and then harvest the crop. The game will also have tools to help us garden.
  3. ride a horse;
  4. various assignments;
  5. the condition of the roofs and the possibility of repairing them.

If you are interested in the DLC, you can add it to your wishlist on Steam. Those waiting for the console version of the DLC should hold off for now.

House Flipper – Spring Update

At the same time, it was announced that the base game received (if playing on PC) a major update called spring update. Introduce:

  1. the ability to build treehouses and modify balconies;
  2. new furniture;
  3. additional designs for light switches and electrical outlets.

Those playing on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, on the other hand, have to wait. On consoles, the patch will be released tomorrow.
