People will be able to start playing through the turn-based RPG on April 26, 2023. Pre-installation begins on April 23, 2023. There will also be a PlayStation version of Honkai: Stellar Rail. It is in development and there is no release date yet.
We already had an idea that this news would come. There were rumors of an April 2023 release window prior to this presentation. Not to mention, HoYoVerse also recently launched a final closed beta for folks. Pre-registration for the game also opened in February 2023.
Because these pre-registrations hit all targets, new players will receive a number of rewards when they start. Since 5,000,000 people have pre-registered and 2,500,000 have followed the game on social media, people are getting a number of items like free currency and a character. The free character is Serval, a four-star Lightning element unit. Newcomers will also receive 100,000 credits to spend on items and 20 Star Rail Passes to use to lure characters into the game’s gacha. There’s also a free avatar cosmetic. Player profiles can equip a Trailblazer Avatar: Welcome icon.
