Hogwarts Legacy was throwing impressive numbers even before its official launch. In its early access period, it still attracted hundreds of thousands of players on Steam.
Now, after the game’s launch, we can take a closer look at its sales figures (we’ll tell you soon on Gamereactor how it fared in our country). Unsurprisingly, Hogwarts Legacy did very well on the UK sales charts and, as GamesIndustry.biz reports, its release numbers far exceeded those of Elden Ring in the country.
Hogwarts Legacy Shot directly to number 1 upon release and exceeds Elden Ring’s launch sales by 80%. Dead Space Remake, God of War: Ragnarok and FIFA 23, among others, are also among the top 10 titles in the most recent UK sales charts.
