The following Guilty Equipment Effort The Season Pass 2 DLC character and stage will not appear as intended. Arc System Works noted that it will initially release in March 2023. This is the same month as the Arc World Tour 2022 Finals. However, both addons will not appear again until April 2023.
Arc System Works has raised the Guilty Equipment Effort DLC character and scene delay in the tweet below. He only noted that it will be delayed for a month for quality control purposes. He gave no clues as to the identity of the character.

The release of Bonus Character #8 and Bonus Stage #3, originally scheduled for March, will be pushed back to early April to offer the best possible quality.

This upcoming DLC character was first introduced in December 2022. During day two of ArcRevo Japan 2022, previews of Another Story DLC surfaced.
This will mark the penultimate playable character and the last stage to appear in Guilty Equipment Effort Season Pass 2. Sin Kiske and Bridget were the first two.
Guilty Equipment Effort is available on PS4, PS5 and PC. He will be coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series X in early 2023.
