The weekly GTA Online update from March 9-15 is here, and we’ve got all the details for you ahead of the official Rockstar patch notes. Hotring circuit racing is the flavor of the week in GTA 5 multiplayer, and a new stock truck is available for purchase so you can hit the track in true NASCAR style. The GTA 6 release date is probably still a bit off, but there’s still plenty of life in the old dog.
GTA Online’s newest car is the Karin Hotring Everon, and it’s a custom 2-door truck for stock car racing, making it perfect for the six Hotring Circuit races that were added as part of the latest GTA update. The Hotring Everon is a digital version of the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro NASCAR truck, and you can pick one up for $1,790,000 of your in-game GTA dollars from Southern San Andreas Super Autos, or $1,342,500 cheaper at retail.
Simeon’s Auto Shop also carries the Hotring Everon, as well as the Declasse Hotring Saber. You can also get a Dundreary Landstalker XL, Annis Hellion, and Pfister Comet. Meanwhile, at Rockford Hills Luxury Autos, you’ll find some pretty sleek hypercars on sale, like the Lampadati Tigon and the Pegassi Tezeract.
The GTA Online podium car for the week of March 9 is the compact BF club, which, despite its small size, will normally set you back $1,280,000, so give Diamond Casino a try and see if you’re lucky. Meanwhile, the GTA price is much heavier. Seminole Fronteraa chunky SUV that typically sells for $678,000, but can be yours as a reward for placing in the top five in a Street Race Series race for three consecutive days.
