PM Studios unveiled a physical version of goodbye world for switch. This is courtesy of Video Games Plus.

Goodbye World, a narrative adventure game, first appeared on Switch last November. You can find more information below.

Goodbye World tells the story of the harsh reality faced by two friends. These two budding entrepreneurs create indie games, and all is not well. Players take on the role of game programmer Kanii and graphic designer Kumade, who met in college and are trying to create a product that will sell. However, they struggle to sell their games, which forces them to spend most of their time working part-time to make ends meet.

Players can expect a story-rich experience that follows both characters through 13 story chapters. Within the game itself is a game called “BLOCKS” which will give players 12 stages of a platformer puzzle. The game is played by the main character Kanii and is reminiscent of nostalgic handheld video games. In “BLOCKS”, cute animal-like characters break and stack “blocks” with retro elements reflected in controls and music. As the main story progresses, the player will discover the secrets of “BLOCKS”.

The physical version of Goodbye World doesn’t have a release date yet, but we know it will be carried by most major retailers. Pricing is set at $34.99.
