Cory Barlog joked about the infamous “Who blew the horn?” question for God of War reboot. Players are still wondering who used the horn to summon the World Serpent, Jormungandr, to which the God of War Ragnarok doesn’t answer. The creative director of Santa Monica Studio decided to solve the mystery, even though some believe it really is a conspiracy, in a tweet that shows a photo of him and actor Mark Ruffalo.

We may never know who rang in God of War

In a tweet, Barlog admitted that he joked about telling Ruffalo the secret of who honked, and the actor either didn’t care or was completely unaware of the issue.

In November 2022, Barlog said this mystery would be solved “one day” and that “it would be cohesive enough to create the moment to answer”. (Article).”

If we take what he says at face value, the answer isn’t Kratos from the future or even Baldur, who admits it was a “misdirection” and that “the real answer has a hidden clue somewhere.” part in the world”.

One of the main candidates is Angrboda or someone from his Ragnarok family since they understand the World Serpent’s speech and want to see Atreus fulfill the prophecy anyway.

Meanwhile, Santa Monica Studio has tackled the Ragnarok puzzles that companions screw up too quickly.
