Windblume’s Breath: Act II, “A Riddle Amidst the Crowds,” picks up where “A Gathering of Outlanders” left off in Genshin Impact regarding Sucrose’s goal of uncovering the mysterious “prophecy” he discovered at the start. of the Windblume Festival. This story-driven event quest doesn’t involve mind-bending puzzles, tricky platforming challenges, or intense combat. Still, you will be well rewarded for completing this event quest with 30 Primogems, 20,000 Mora, 2 Hero’s Wits, and 4 Mystic Enhancement Ore.

How to complete A Riddle in the Crowd in Genshin Impact
Wait for the specified time

Before encountering Sucrose during “A Riddle Amidst the Crowds” in Genshin Impact Windblume’s Breath, you must use the “Wait” function to pass the time two days later between 8:00 and 12:00.

After passing the time using the pause menu, find Sucrose in the town of Mondstadt. She can be found standing at the fountain in the plaza near the Good Hunter in Genshin Impact.
Talk to Collie

After discussing which characters to talk to about the Windblume Festival prophecy, Sucrose and the Traveler decide to meet with Collei and discuss their plans moving forward. You can meet Collei in the upper levels of the town of Mondstadt, next to the entrance to the headquarters of the Knights of Favonius.
Finding Lisa

Traveler and Paimon part ways with Sucrose and Collei, after which you temporarily take control of the two during the event quest “A Riddle Among the Crowds” in Genshin Impact. Your next objective is to find Lisa somewhere inside the headquarters. The odd position of the quest marker at this point in the story may be confusing to some players. Avoid leaving the building and instead enter through the library door with Wyratt. Inside, you’ll meet Cyno, Tighnari, and Albedo, with whom you’ll share what you’ve learned about the prophecy so far.

Go to the Mondstadt bulletin board

You will regain control of your main characters and be tasked with finding people to talk to near the Mondstadt town notice board. For those who don’t know where this board is, it’s next to Katheryne in the Adventurer’s Guild. You have probably visited this place countless times near the main city gate. Lisa will be there with Bennett, Razor, and the next four-star Cryo unit, Mika.
Find someone who matches the prophecy.

Our attention has now turned to Sucrose and Collei, who are looking for someone to match the prophecy in “A Riddle Amidst the Crowds” from Genshin Impact Windblume’s Breath. The quest marker indicating where you need to go will be replaced with a quest area circle. If you can’t figure out your destination, look west towards the Hilichurl Watchtower in the Stormbearer Mountains. Head to this point of interest to meet Amber, Eula, Noelle, and Klee. They will be standing in a circle next to the dirt road that leads to the tower.
Go to Starsnatch Cliff

After watching a touching scene between Collei and Sucrose, you’ll be teleported to Traveler and Paimon, who are looking for Starsnatch Cliff. The quest will place you near two Electro Slimes guarding an Electro Crystal, but you don’t need to defeat them to progress. Simply climb the mountain path and follow the trail north to encounter Timaeus, Mona, and Rosaria. During this scene, Timaeus reveals that he, in fact, has a secret romantic interest.
Go to the Alchemy Crafting Bench.

The “Riddle in the Crowd” quest in Genshin Impact Windblume’s Breath sends you back to the town of Mondstadt, where you need to talk to Collei and Sucrose, playing with the mailbox next to the alchemy crafting bench. Specifically, this mailbox is on the left side of the building where the Alchemy Crafting Bench is.

Go to Good Hunter

Finally, the last part of “A Riddle Amidst the Crowds” in Genshin Impact requires you to go to the Good Hunter to have dinner with Paimon, after which you will be visited by Venti and a mysterious figure named Scarlett. Obviously she’s not from any region you know, but she seems to know something about prophecy. The mission’s final scene indicates that Rosario either knows something about Scarlett or at least is suspicious of her intentions in Mondstadt. Answers regarding this character and the prophecy will be revealed in Windblume’s Breath: Act III, “Fortune Hiding Among Clouds”.
