The answers about Scarlett’s identity and the Windblume Festival prophecy are finally revealed in “Joy Above the Clouds”, Genshin Impact Windblume’s Breath: Act III. For several days, the Traveler, Sucrose and Collei worked hard trying to unravel the mystery behind the note they found at the start of the festival. The uncovered truth is definitely an interesting discovery, not only in terms of new knowledge for fans, but also because you will receive valuable rewards for completing this quest. These rewards include a sincere keepsake from Collei and the Lazurite Swirl, a TCG Genius Summon card for your collection.

How to complete Joy Above the Clouds in Genshin Impact

Like the previous quest, “Joy Above the Clouds” in Genshin Impact Windblume’s Breath requires you to change the game time to a time between 8:00 and 12:00 after logging in. Of course, if you do other activities before starting the quest, the correct time should eventually arrive, and Paimon will let you know.
Go to the Alchemy Crafting Bench and meet Sucrose.

Sucrose and Collei can be found in the mailbox next to the alchemy crafting bench near the town square in Mondstadt. However, the mailbox has now been replaced with a hint board containing all the letters of those you have discussed the festival prophecy with.

The next objective of “Joy Above the Clouds” in Genshin Impact Windblume’s Breath is to read the letters that other characters have written for the Sucrose investigation. Note that you don’t have to read every letter to progress. For example, we only check Cyno, Tighnari and Sucrose before proceeding.

After reading several letters, talk to Sucrose again, after which the rest of the team will gather at the fountain to embark on the quest for the Lantern of Ultimate Joy.

Go where the lantern of greatest joy is

The Lantern of Greatest Joy is located on the ledge overlooking Falcon Coast Bay, west of the Lion’s Domain Temple. Fast travel to the estate and climb the nearby ridge to reach the quest destination “Joy Above the Clouds” in Genshin Impact Windblume’s Breath.
Investigate the floating island

Now a mysterious island will have appeared on the Falcon Coast. Using your glider, follow the wind currents to the location and uncover the mystery behind this island, including the grand reveal of the meaning of the prophecy and the identity of Scarlett the Outsider.

After speaking with Klee’s mother and learning about the disbanded group of Hexenzirkel wizards, you must now return to the town of Mondstadt. Wind currents will still be present for your descent, but we just recommend getting back to town quickly to save time. After a heartfelt conclusion with Sucrose and Collei’s latest discovery, the “Joy Above the Clouds” event of Windblume’s Breath event will end and you will receive your quest rewards in Genshin Impact.
