A new series has started in Forza Horizon 5, one that should prepare players for the Rally Takeover DLC which will be released at the end of March. The hunt for new cars is on, and the first week of the playlist brings new challenges and an exclusive 20-point leaderboard reward. That said, let’s take a look at everything for this week, including the treasure hunt.

#Forzathon Weekly Challenges
- Own and drive the 1991 Hoonigan GYMKHANA 10 Ford Escort Cosworth Group A
- Get 10 Ultimate Air Skills in Group A
- Win a dirt race in Group A
- Earn five Burn Out skills in Group A
Complete all four and you’ll earn five points, as well as 160 Forzathon Points.
#Forzathon Daily Challenges
- Visit the Horizon Wilds Outpost
- Crush 25 objects in 30 seconds
- Take a photo of Farid Rueda’s bear mural at Playa Azul
- Win any Dirt Racing event
- Earn at least one Trailblazers star in any Retro Rally vehicle
- Honk at any Hoonigan
- Get a landscaping skill on any vehicle in Sports Utility Heroes
A new challenge is unlocked every day. Players will receive one point and 20 Forzathon Shop points for each one completed.
weekly racing challenges
- skyline arcade – Complete any Horizon Arcade theme (reward is 3 points)
- Complete the “I’m not very impressed with this” event in The Trial (Hall of Fame required to unlock; rewards are 10 points and a 2018 Honda Civic)
- Complete the EventLab Challenges (rewards are 6 pts. (3 pts. each), Super Wheelspin and Hoonigan Group A)
- Complete the Danger Zone challenge (rewards are Super Wheelspin and 2 pts.)
- Complete the Speed Zone Challenge (rewards are Super Wheelspin and 2 pts.)
- Take the Pioneer Challenge (rewards are Super Wheelspin and 2 pts.)
- Full season championships. (rewards are Ford Racing Puma, Hoonigan Focus and 5 points each (10 points in total))
weekly challenges
- Treasure hunt – “Banking at 25,000 years old requires serious skills in the 80s, do you think you can do it? (rewards are 100 #FORZATHON points and 3 pts.)
- photo challenge – Shoot any modern rally car in Horizon Wilds Outpost (rewards are Song (Odesza – A Moment Apart) reward and 2 points)
- open horizon – Complete a Horizon Open Custom Race in any Hoonigan (Rewards are Hoonigan Bel Air and 2 pts.)
The picture in Treasure Hunt gives a good indication of what it takes to get Treasure Hunt. To complete the challenge, get a skill score of at least 25,000 in a Classic Rally. We used the #65 Rothsport Racing 1989 Porsche 911 “Desert Flyer” as our reference.
