Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have announced the next fire emblem heroes update, and the game should upgrade to 7.4.0.
As usual, there’s a lot going on here. There will be limited-time Combat Manual updates, new weapon skills and weapons to refine, Arena and Aether Raid updates, more heroes through Heroic Grails, and more.
The full patch notes for the Fire Emblem Heroes version 7.4.0 update are as follows:
■ The range of limited-time combat manuals is being updated
With the release of 7.4.0, players will be able to obtain God Codes (Ephemera 4) from events and exchange them for a line of updated combat manuals for a limited time using the Compile Combat Manual feature. .
Divine Codes (Ephemera 4) can be exchanged for the following combat manuals:
Notes:
・ The combat manuals added in this update can be compiled until 2023/5/28 6:59 (UTC)
・ Divine Codes (Ephemera 4) can be obtained from events that start after the release of 7.4.0, while Divine Codes (Ephemera 3) can still be obtained from events that started before the release of version 7.4.0.
■ New weapon skills and weapons are added to refine
The following heroes will be able to learn these new character-specific weapon skills from 5★:
- Withered Breath: Hero who can learn this skill: Bantu: Tiki Guardian
- Masked Spear: Hero who can learn this skill: Conrad, Masked Knight
- Lily Staff: Hero who can learn this skill: Silque: Disciple of Mila
・The weapons above can be upgraded at the Weapon Refinery after obtaining them.
・To learn weapon skills, tap Allies, then Ally Growth, then Learn Skills.
The following weapons can be upgraded or gain additional special effects through the use of Arena Medals and Divine Dew:
- Imbued Koma: Hero who can learn this skill: Alfonse: Askran Duo
- Victorious Axe: Hero who can learn this skill: Edelgard: The Future
Note: To access the Weapons Refinery, you must clear Book I, Chapter 13 of the main story, then clear the second intermediate map, The Rite of Swords.
■ New Souvenir Events are added to Heroes Journey
○ New souvenir events are added.
■ The arena is being updated
○ Changes to reward chains
The number of Arena Medals you receive after four consecutive Arena wins has been increased from 100 to 200. This will apply to all seasons starting on or after 04/11/2023 07:00 (UTC).
■ Aether Raids is updated
○ Some structures will have their maximum level increased.
・ Infantry School (O/D): up to level 11
・ Armor School (O/D): up to level 11
・ Cavalry School (O/D): up to level 11
・ Flight School (O/D): up to level 11
○ Aether Resort is being updated.
・Two new songs will be added to Concert Hall: “Tactics” from the game Fire Emblem: Three Houses and “Mighty Governance” from the game Fire Emblem Engage.
■ Summoner Duels is being updated
○ You will be able to increase your favor level up to level 3000.
This will come into effect with the season starting on 11/4/2023 7:00 (UTC)
■ Additional Heroes via Heroic Grails
The following heroes can be summoned using Heroic Grails:
・Effie: Devoted Heart
・ Ludveck: Rebellious Duke
■ Other changes
○ We will fix a bug that can trigger an incorrect calculation in the combat forecast when the player attacks an enemy Lucia: Tireless Advisor. For more details on this issue, please refer to the notification titled About temporary combat prediction issue when attacking Lucia: Relentless Advisor.
○ We will fix the effects of the Killing Intent+ skill. We’ll address an issue that causes Thrasir: Omnicidal Witch’s Murderous Intent+ ability to produce unexpected effects. For more details on this issue, see the notification titled About the Killing Intent+ ability.
○ We will fix a loading time issue that occurs when returning to the home screen after completing a battle.
○ Artwork will be adjusted for Legion: Masked Maniac.
