In a recent episode of their podcast, the editors at VGC revealed some new, unofficial information about upcoming Xbox games. Industry reporters mentioned Fable and Avowed, among others.
It’s been over two years since the current-gen consoles came out. Unfortunately, during this period, Microsoft has not yet provided players with too many exclusive titles. Still, the Redmond giant’s idleness should soon be broken, at least that’s the impression one can get from Andy Robinson’s latest reports.
What games after Starfield?
During a recent VGC podcast (via The Gamer), the journalist talked about the games that should come after the highly anticipated Starfield. Based on the information you provided, Xbox console users in the first place can look forward to the debut of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 Ninja Theory, and Declared by Obsidian Entertainment. According to the publisher, the two titles could be shown more widely during Microsoft’s summer games fair.
“Those are the next big games for them. (Microsoft – editor’s note) to talk As far as I know, these are the next two releases.. What is surprising, however, is that Fable represents a very distant subject. Perfect Dark isn’t close either, nor is Everwild. It’s easy for Xbox fans to feel because it must be frustrating for them. Everything looks good on paper, but these games aren’t ready,” Robinson explained.
A new fable like The Witcher?
Sympathy is especially due to fans of the aforementioned fable. Although the next episode of the series was announced in 2020, Robinson revealed that Serious work on the game is said to have started recently.. At first glance, this may seem disappointing, but in the face of reports last year that the developers had a lot of problems, among other things, with the implementation of the relevant mechanisms, this is good news.

Is it possible that the departure from the classic Fable style bothers fans of the original? We will have to wait before knowing the answer to this question. However, with such “experiments”, developers can launch the hive.
Finally, let’s remember that the aforementioned Starfield is intended for Xbox Series X / S and PC consoles. The Bethesda game is expected to hit the market in the first half of this year.
