A few weeks after announcing the dates of the long-awaited beta of the Blizzard title, it’s time to find out if you can play it…

Scheduled for next June, Diablo IV will soon be approached by players and promises a particularly epic adventure.

Diablo IV: Will the beta be able to run on your PC?

After the announcement of this famous test phase, many fans wondered what would happen to the Minimum and recommended PC configurations to be able to enjoy the beast. The developers therefore expressed themselves on this subject during a recent live stream.

However, it is important to note that these specs are only for the beta version at the moment and may therefore evolve with the release of the final product. Here is the information published by the study:

Minimum configuration:

  • OS: Windows 10 – 64 bit
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon R9 280
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500L or AMD FX-8100
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Storage: 45 GB available space on SSD
  • Internet: broadband connection
  • DirectX: version 12

Recommended setting:

  • OS: Windows 10 – 64 bit
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon RX 370
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4670K or AMD R3-1300X
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Storage: 45 GB available space on SSD
  • Internet: broadband connection
  • DirectX: version 12

As a reminder, the open beta will take place from March 24 to 26. Additionally, those who have already pre-ordered the game will be able to enjoy early access from March 17-19. Like the game, this test phase will be accessible via PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, and will allow players to experience the prologue and Act 1 of the adventure.

For its part, Diablo IV will be available on these same platforms to June 6, 2023.
