As you wander around Sanctuary in Diablo 4, you’ll no doubt come across a variety of different points of interest, and if you want to reach out and craft the best Diablo 4 Rogue, Barbarian, or Sorcerer build, you’re going to have to make an effort to find them. all. We only have access to Fractured Peaks during the Diablo 4 beta, but this region is packed with dungeons, settlements, and collectibles to keep you busy all weekend.

There are several points of interest that you will want to discover on the Diablo 4 map: colonies, fortresses, landmarks, altars of Lilith and giant world bosses. Each of them is important in its own way, offering an activity to complete, a new set of vendors and quests, or simply a buff for your character. Here we have all the points of interest.

Lilith Altars

There are altars scattered around Fractured Peak that resemble Lilith, and when you interact with these unholy points of interest, you and all other characters on your account receive a permanent stat boost. These can be minor increases to your main stats or an increase to your Murmuring Obol storage. You will also receive renown for discovering an altar.

Strongholds are a new mechanic introduced in Diablo 4. They are a bit like a dungeon, only in the overworld, and will contain huge groups of enemies, bosses, and activities to complete. Completing a stronghold grants you XP, rare gear, renown, and also transforms the area to its pre-demon infestation state, bringing new vendors and potentially new activities to complete.

Diablo 4’s world boss for Fractured Peak is Ashava, a giant necrotic dragon that spawns on the far right of Fractured Peak. Defeating Ashava will reward you with the highest tier gear available during the beta.
