Season 22 of the action role-playing game Diablo 3 is currently still running. It has been known for some time that it will end on March 28, 2021 – this Sunday. But when the next season will start, Blizzard Entertainment had not revealed – until now. Because recently the development team spoke up on the official website to announce this detail.
Accordingly, the starting shot for Season 23 of Diablo 3 will be given on April 2, 2021 – next Friday. Starting at 9:00 a.m. PDT, you can throw your heroes into the next season’s adventures and fight for good positions in the rankings.
Blizzard Entertainment will release the extensive update 2.7.0 shortly beforehand – on March 30th. You can already find the full patch notes on the official website. Among other things, you can expect a revised companion system.
In the future, you will not only be able to equip your companion with a total of 14 items of equipment, but also to equip legendary and set items. The bonuses of some items have a direct effect on the hero, so that, for example, the combination of the bonuses of two belts or amulets is possible.
There are also changes in the skills of the companions.
You will also receive an additional subject in Season 23 of Diablo for completing the Conqueror Stage, up to a maximum of five. Here is the overview:
- Keeping at a distance: Kill the siege breaker beast on the maximum level and on the difficulty level “Torment X” in under 30 seconds.
- Where the money is still looseMission: Kills Greed on Agony X Difficulty. Outside of nephalem portals, treasure goblins sometimes open portals into the realm of treasure.
- Just a little bit more: Reach level 60 Greater Rift (Solo Game).
- 4 minutes before the gate closes: Finishes a nephalem portal on the maximum level within 4 minutes on the difficulty level “Torment X”.
- Kleinod makes you inventive: Upgrade three legendary gems to level 55.
- Clearer: Complete two achievements this season.
