Dark and Darker PvPvE dungeon crawler was recently removed from the Steam store. Following the removal of its trailers and other content, fans of the game on Reddit found that it was no longer available on Valve’s digital marketplace.
It all dates back to when Nexonthe publisher which employed several developers of Massfer, said the developers stole assets from his former workplace. This led to the filing of a cease and desist request.
Ironmace plans to fight these lawsuits, but until a conclusion is reached, it looks like Dark and Darker won’t be planning any more public playtests, which is a shame given that there was a project for next month.
