Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone have a new update coming soon. The developers want to bring the AMP63 pistol to the first-person shooter within the current season 3 Reloaded.
The weapon apparently already came into play with a previous patch, according to current Reddit reports. However: The Wumme can only be officially unlocked with the upcoming update.
Meanwhile, impatient fans have already found a way to unlock the AMP63 before the official release.
A glitch currently seems to make it possible to unlock the AMP63 if you push at least five opponents off the screen with a pistol in 20 matches in Warzone.
According to the reports, it doesn’t matter which pistol you use to kill the opponents in the Battle Royale shooter – the challenge is therefore not limited to the Cold War pistols.
You cannot currently see your progress in the challenge; that will probably only come with the next update, when the developers officially activate the challenge. Another Reddit post serves as proof that the pistol was already unlocked in Black Ops Cold War.
Note, however, that this is currently probably a glitch – and your progress in the AMP63 Challenge could be reset as soon as the update goes live.
