Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War players will have access to a new update today. The specific patch notes with all changes and innovations are not yet available. However, Treyarch already gives a first preview of the upcoming updates on Twitter.

One of the highlights is the tactical rifle CARV.2, which will be unlocked in the first person shooter today. There are two ways to get the new weapon. Optionally, you complete an in-game challenge to unlock the boom.

Details on the course of the challenge should be submitted shortly. Alternatively, the tactical rifle is also available in a bundle via the in-game shop.

In the foreground of today’s Black Ops Cold War update are mainly playlist changes. As can be seen from the preview published on Twitter, this time players let off steam on Diesel and Yamantau in 24/7 format.

In addition, Party Games playlists with Prop Hunt, Gun Game and Sticks and Stones follow. At the same time, the developers Prop Hunt are updating to include the Diesel and Yamantau maps. There are also Gunfight Blueprints.

The information so far does not indicate whether the update also includes bug fixes and optimizations. As soon as we get more details, you will find out as usual on our website.

It’s best to keep an eye on our news section. In Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone is currently running season 3, which among other things brought new maps to the game. In mid-May, the next major patch should be due with the Season 3 Reloaded update – with additional content.
