A new round of play has arrived for blade assault, a rogue-lite action platformer. PM Studios released it on Switch this week after an earlier delay.

Fight Esperanza’s corrupt army as part of the Undercity resistance force. Bring the corrupt to justice by growing stronger and fighting alongside your trusted comrades.
Blade Assault is a 2D rogue-lite action platformer with beautiful pixel art set in a desolate sci-fi world. The game features precise and responsive controls and a cast of charming characters. Playable characters have various transformable weapons that they use to battle their enemies. Weapons can be further customized with different “cores” and “transform upgrades” that appear randomly throughout the game.
Fast and satisfying combat. Using various skills, dodging enemy attacks by running, throwing projectiles, shooting down crowds of enemies. Your attacks change depending on the “hearts” you select and the upgrades you decide to perform in your runs.
Meet NPCs and find upgrades along your quest to unlock unique powers. Each playable character has their own weapons of choice stored in their own arsenal.
