After multiple postponements and a potential cancellation, the post-apocalyptic open-world RPG mixed with kung fu finally sees the end of the tunnel.

What an adventure for Biomutant ! Almost four years of waiting since its announcement with endless twists and turns. The new license from Swedish studio Experiment 101 will be available on May 25 on PS4, Xbox One and PC (also compatible on PS5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S via backward compatibility). This one is distinguished by its unique martial arts combat system, combining melee, shooting and mutant powers as well as the possibility of choosing its hero among a cat, a fox, a raccoon, a rabbit or a monkey.

Embracer Group’s publisher THQ Nordic takes the opportunity to briefly review the history of Biomutant: “An epidemic sows death and the Tree of Life withers. The tribes are divided. Explore a world in chaos and determine its future … Will you be a savior or will you plunge it into a darker fate?”
