ASUS has unveiled its next Zenbook laptop model coming to market, and it’s a pretty unique device. known as Zenbook S13 OLEDthe laptop is considered the thinnest and most compact from ASUS, and it has also been developed with sustainable practices and materials.

The laptop will feature a 13th Gen Intel i7 processor and Intel Iris Xe graphics, along with 32GB of 5200MHz LPDDR5 RAM. The laptop will also support a 1TB PCIe 4.0×4 SSD which operates at a read speed of 6500MB/s. All of this should mean the laptop has 20% more performance over the models predecessors of the Zenbook range.

When it comes to actual size and dimensions, the Zenbook S 13 OLED will have an amazing 1cm thickness and only it will weigh a kilo, which makes it ideal to take anywhere. The chassis will be made from a military-tested magnesium-aluminum alloy and the laptop will be made from 100% recycled materials. It will also feature a Plasma Ceramic Aluminum coating which aims to make it waterproof and eco-friendly, while offering a unique look.

The laptop screen will be a 13-inch OLED panel with a thin bezel. The panel will have a resolution of 2880 x 1800p, an aspect ratio of 16:10, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 550 nits peak brightness, which means it will be a dynamic display .

Otherwise, the laptop will have a 63 Wh battery that will last around 14 hours on a single charge. It can also be charged up to 50% capacity in 30 minutes. ASUS also shared that the laptop will have a dual-fan cooling solution, Dolby Atmos-enabled speaker systems that were created in collaboration with Harman Kardon, Wi-Fi 6E connectivity, as well as a few different ports, including an HDMI 2.1, two Thunderbolt 4 USBs, a USB 3.2 Gen A and an audio jack.

As for when the Zenbook S 13 OLED will be released, for the moment the manufacturer is silent, as well as its possible price.
