Arkane’s Death Lasso Finally debuted last September, becoming one of the best Xbox Game Pass games in the process. It looks like the stats for this new playerbase have improved since the initial launch on PlayStation 5 and PC, and the developer has announced that this unique Groundhog Day-style video game is now being played by 5 million players Around the world.

While no specific stats have been revealed, a number of players have undoubtedly joined the Colts adventure through Xbox and Microsoft’s highly successful Xbox Game Pass service. To celebrate this milestone, the game’s official social media account has released a number of interesting stats. Xbox also congratulated the Arkane team:

According to some of these graphs, the combined total player base could have “completed nearly 7 trips to the moon and back” using Shift. Players fired enough balls to circle the globe 3.2 times and weigh the equivalent of 4.2 Eiffel Towers.

You can see even more weird and wonderful stats on social media, but overall there has been a lot of activity on Deathloop! When the game launched on Xbox, we gave it an outstanding 10/10 in our Pure Xbox review, calling it Arkane’s best. And if you’re wondering about more Deathloop, you might be in luck: Colt’s voice actor claims Bethesda was still hiring for the game…
