Today, the developers of stealth game TPP Aragami brought some disheartening news to fans of this game series. Lince Works has just announced that it will stop working on new projects from April.
Information about this sudden decision was given in a farewell letter from the developers, which we know the reason for this was the unfavorable economic situation, so that the study “ran out of time”. In other words, it’s about financial issues.
In that sense, the Aragami 3 is not something we should expect. Fortunately, Lince Works has at least ensured that the first and second Aragami they will continue to be available for purchase on all platforms they have been released on. Network cooperative play will also not be disabled..
First Aragami, released in 2016, was very well received, especially by players on Steam, where 90% of their reviews are positive. The sequel to the infiltration game about a warrior with supernatural abilities had a slightly less good reception (74% favorable opinion on Steam, average score of 65/100 on Metacritic for the PC version). Additionally, the first part of Aragami lived to see a story expansion, titled Nightfall.
