Described as “a unique and creative take on the puzzle genre,” the award-winning storyteller launches March 23 on PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch.

“They give you a variety of iconic characters, settings and emotions to build stories of love, betrayal and revenge,” jokes publisher Annapurna Interactive, which publishes Daniel Benmergui’s game.

“You’ll create everything from supernatural fantasies and Shakespearean tragedies to creation myths and more!”

Play with a library full of characters and themes, featuring heroes and villains, dragons and vampires, infidelity and remorse, love, lies, madness and more!

“Use the blank canvas to manipulate secrets and desires, kill monsters or terrify people with them, betray lovers or unite them. You know how stories go, but this time you are the author.”

Speaking of Annapurna… did you know they are releasing a new Silent Hill game? Among the many projects announced during last year’s Silent Hill Transmission, Konami unveiled Silent Hill: Townfall (opens in a new tab), a new game developed by Stories developer Untold No Code and published by Annapurna.

As we reported at the time, the reveal trailer focuses on a broadcast received on a small, portable TV, with someone warning that punishment and judgment are on the way. There are plenty of quick clips of haunting footage and a few images that suggest a coastal setting.

Since then, however, Silent Hill fans have come across secret messages – opens in a new tab – hidden in the audio accompanying the trailer for the upcoming Silent Hill game, Silent Hill: Townfall: “All hearts that is the city had now stopped”.

Other finds include a reference to Alessa’s name, which should ring a bell or two for fans of the original film and games, and an SOS message broadcast in Morse code.
