We know from the Chinese version of the RPG game that Tower of Fantasy limited drills will eventually switch from event banners to the standard banner pool. While this means you won’t have to wait for banners to return if the odds weren’t in your favor the first time around, it does mean you’ll lose the 50-50 chance given by limited event banners.
You can wish on the Choice Weapons banner using either the Gold Core Cache or the Black Core Cache, but the chances of extracting something valuable from either vary greatly. While gold and black cores are scattered all over the fantasy tower map, black cores are far more common, and you’ll find it much easier to acquire the currency to make a full special order of ten batteries with black cores than with gold cores. .

Additionally, you are still guaranteed to receive an SSR weapon after 80 Special Orders are placed through the Gold Core cache, while the Black Core cache has no such pity system.
