Sons of the Forest lets you collect different materials and use them to craft various items. However, while the Crafting Book contains blueprints for various structures, it doesn’t provide any information on how to craft items. To help you, we decided to list all crafting recipes in Sons of the Forest.

Children of the Forest craft recipes
So far, we’ve discovered over 20 items that can be crafted from different materials. Materials can be looted from various locations as regular loot, and we suggest exploring Abandoned Camps to search for them. Either way, you can find all crafting recipes in Sons of the Forest below.

- bone armor (4 bones, 1 rope and 1 tape)
- Canned food (cans and can opener)
- cat food (cat food and can opener)
- chain saw (chainsaw and battery)
- craft bow (2 sticks, 1 rope and 1 tape)
- craft club (1 stick, 1 rope and 1 skull)
- craft spear (2 sticks, 1 masking tape and a utility knife)
- energy mix (1 chicory and 1 arrow leaf)
- energy mix+ (1 chicory, 1 fireweed and 1 devil’s club)
- Flash light (flashlight and battery)
- Health Blend (1 yarrow and 1 aloe vera)
- Health+ Blend (1 aloe vera, 1 horsetail and 1 willowherb)
- hide armor (2 leathers and 1 fabric)
- blade armor (10 sheets and 1 cloth)

- Zipline (grapple and 1 rope)
It is important to note that the chainsaw and the flashlight are items that can be picked up as loot. The crafting recipes we mentioned for them are for when they stop working.
