After completing Windblume’s Breath: Act III in Genshin Impact, you may be wondering where the characters you met during the event are. After all, it’s natural to be curious about how your companions are doing after discovering the mystery behind the festival prophecy. Luckily, you’re in luck, as most of the characters you encountered during Windblume’s Breath have secret bonus dialogue if you find them in their corresponding locations before the event ends on March 20, 2023.

Find all Genshin Impact Windblume character locations after Act III

Before you jump into finding Windblume character locations after completing the Act III final event quest in Genshin Impact, please note that some figures will no longer be available. For example, Dehya was previously found in the upper levels of the outer paths of the Akademiya in the city of Sumeru. However, based on our testing, she is no longer there after Act III. However, there are plenty of familiar faces you can still spot in the Mondstadt area.
Location of Timaeus and Ying’er Windblume

Starting with the location of Timaeus and Ying’er, this couple can be found talking behind the alchemy bench near the fountain in Mondstadt’s town square.
Cyno Windblume Location

Then you can find Cyno sitting at the table outside The Cat’s Tail, the pub opposite Marjorie’s gift shop.

If you look out onto the Good Hunter’s second-floor balcony, you’ll see Albedo relaxing with a mug of beer.
Location of Amber, Collei, Sucrose and Eula Windblume

The Windblume character location for Amber, Collei, Sucrose, and Eula in Genshin Impact is near the entrance to the building, just below the Knights of Favonius headquarters. You will have visited this place with Collei and Sucrose during “A Riddle Amidst the Crowds”.

Unsurprisingly, the “deaf bard” enjoys his free time at one of the tables outside the Angel’s Share tavern, northeast of the town of Mondstadt.
