If you’re a huge Assassin’s Creed fan and looking for the next luxury collectible to add to your collection, Dark Horse might have the item for you.
Known as The Making of Assassin’s Creed: 15th Anniversary Ultimate Edition, this hardcover book examines how the first game in the series came to be, and does so with 240 pages devoted to the creation of the title.
The product description for the book says it will give “An overview of the efforts to create one of the greatest franchises in the video game industry.”
The book will also be decorated with gilt pages and satin ribbon bookmarks, and will be wrapped in a folio containing a collection of other elements, including a duo of lithographic prints, a metal art plate in a clamshell box stamped with gold leaf, as well as a double-sided gold coin with the Brotherhood’s coat of arms and the Apple of Eden on either side.

As you would expect for a collectible with so much gold baked on it, this item won’t come cheap, selling for $199.99, and even being a limited item with only 1000 units made.
Pre-orders for The Making of Assassin’s Creed: 15th Anniversary Ultimate Edition are now open, although a release date isn’t explicitly mentioned.
