Over the weeks and months following the release of this video game creation tool on PS4, we have seen various productions, some of which are very promising. But then this one, we had not seen it coming …

Instead of developing games on the Media Molecule tool, Cyber ​​Sheep Film studio decided to make an animated short. Responding on behalf of Noguchi’s Bell, this cartoon invites you to follow the adventures of Noguchi, a samurai evolving in a dystopian future where modernity has taken precedence over tradition. It was last February that the first episode of this animated series was released, and it is available directly on Dreams and on Youtube.

Cyber ​​Sheep Film could have stopped there … But no, the studio has big ambitions. He indeed said he wanted push the limits of the Dreams graphics engine, seriously working on the deployment of a series of several episodes. But working without pay is far from easy. This is why the studio announced, during the Future Games Show, to launch a Kickstarter campaign To complete this project. The sum to be raised is minimum 27 631 € to continue the adventure, but will have to go much further to allow the studio to host several more episodes. For information, the series will be inspired by various works, in particular Samurai Jack, Avatar: The Last Airbender or the film Seven Samurai.
